External gear pumps
Overview

The MGCF04S, and MGCF11S 12 and 24V brush DC drives are robust and built to provide great performance and reliability for intermittent duty applications. They include a pump-to-motor plastic adapter - which thermally separates the pump from the motor - for the Fluid-o-Tech gear pumps of the MG, MS and PG series and a choice of driving magnets of different materials and torque capability.
The DC drive allows speed control by varying the voltage and provides a range of performance.The units are capable of a flow up to 190 l/h (50 GPH) and pressure up to 9 bar (130 psi). Pumps are available with 1/8" NPT or GAS ports and built-in relief valve.
Static seals available in EPDM, NBR, PTFE™, Silicon or Viton guarantee full chemical compatibility with a wide range of fluids. The housing of the pump and the internal metal components are in AISI 316 L stainless steel, while gears and bushings are available in PEEK™, or PTFE™. Other materials, as well as a range of driving magnets are available. NSF certified pumps for potable water of fluids for human consumption are also available.
