Overview

The PG series magnet drive gear pumps are compact precision performance pumps built to address those applications where the liquids involved are difficult to handle and working solutions are hard to find requiring a great financial investment. Made to give the same high level of performance as the MG300 series, the PG300 series pumps are built in a special grade of PPS to offer the greatest versatility and exceptional mechanical characteristics to provide a long life. Capable of a flow range from 20 to 210 l/h (5 to 55 GPH) and pressure up to 15 bar (218 psi), in operation the PG300 series pumps are pulsation-free and capable of handling liquids up to 60°C (140°F). The gears and bushings are in PEEK™ or PTFE™. Other materials, as well as a range of driving magnets are available. The comprehensive range of elastomers allow usage in the widest variety of applications. NSF certified pumps for potable water or fluids for human consumption are also available.
