External gear pumps
Overview

The MGCF03S, and MGCF07S and MGCF28S 220V AC drives are robust and built to provide great performance and reliability for demanding applications under continuous duty. They include a pump-to-motor adapter for the Fluid-o-Tech gear pumps of the MG, MS and PG series and a choice of driving magnets of different materials and torque capability. The units are capable of a flow up to 200 l/h (53 GPH) and pressure up to 9 bar (130 psi). Pumps are available with 1/8" NPT or GAS ports and built-in relief valve.
Static seals available in EPDM, NBR, PTFE™, Silicon or Viton guarantee full chemical compatibility with a wide range of fluids. The pump housing and the internal metal components are in AISI 316 L stainless steel, while gears and bushings are available in PEEK™, or PTFE™. Other materials, as well as a range of driving magnets are available. NSF certified pumps for potable water or fluids for human consumption are also available.
