Food Service

In the food and beverage sector, carbonation pumps and coffee pumps (mostly rotary vane pumps for espresso coffee machines) are extremely required. Fluid-o-Tech strives to give its customers the best pumps for food service in terms of technical innovation, quality, and performance.

Among these others, we are able to create effective and high-quality pumps specific for certain applications, such as:

• Deep fat fryer pumps, that can resist to high temperatures of cooking oil filtrations within a deep fryer system

• Metering syrup pumps, delivering a specific flow rate of sugar syrup

Carbonation pump

A carbonation pump is a device that infuses carbon dioxide gas under high pressure into a liquid, thus forming bubbles that make the liquid effervescent. This pump has internal carbon blades, which are more resistant and durable than stainless steel.

Fluid-o-Tech produces carbonation pumps that are easy to operate, safe, and efficient. Thanks to their innovative technology, they guarantee effective performances also for industrial activities. It is mostly used in the food and beverage industry to give a sparkling taste to water and other drinks.

Similarly to this, a soda circuit pump is a device specifically conceived for the circulation of carbonated liquids into a pre-chilled system. Its precise technology allows the liquid to maintain its carbonation level throughout the whole circulation.

Coffee pumps

A coffee pump is used to push hot or cold water through a system where ground coffee lays, in order to produce coffee. Of course, these pumps need to deliver the right amount of pressure inside the espresso machine to operate correctly.

Fluid-o-Tech offers a wide assortment of coffee pumps for the food service industry. Our products are specifically designed to fit in your coffee machine and to be functional and long-lasting.

Especially in the food and beverage industry, rotary vane pumps for espresso coffee machines are largely used. Compared to vibratory pumps, it’s a more mechanical and complex device. A spinning disc regulates the input and output of water in different sections of the pump. According to the size of the section, water enters or exits from the system.
